   I have been suffering from back acne since high school that prevents me from wearing clothes that shows my upper back ( area below my nape). My only remedy before was to use the same skin care products that I apply on my face to keep acne and pimples away. However, this seems costly since most of the skin care products I use are from my dermatologists or from cosmetic specialty stores (e.g Etude House, The Face Shop, or Tony Moly)

   I was so glad when I found this from a local Department store here in Gensan. I thought why not give it a try.

   Its been three weeks that I have been using this. I use it once a day or every other day depending on the dryness of my skin. If I was too tired and "puyat" that will cause my skin to be oily, I use it once a day. But if I feel it dries up my skin, I skip a day.

   My verdict: It works. I works very well. It dried up my pimples and lessen the acne on my back. As it has antibacterial agents that purify the skin (Anti-Acne PUREFIX-DC and pore-clearing Salicylic Acid)

It's has been long... the face shop haul

Hi..

   I'm Back. It's been a while.. no very long since I posted my last blog. I have been very busy. I was hired as a project officer to an NGO here in General Santos and I stopped studying temporarily.

   Since I was gone for a long time.. I will review about my latest haul from The Face Shop. They opened a store here in SM Gensan and that made my shopping for Korean Skin Care products easier. Though we don't have any other Korean Brands to choose from, it's a start. More to come then!!!

   This are my latest haul from The Face Shop..

I bought the SMIM Radiating Moisture Essence and Herb Day Cleansing Wipes and I ended up with all these other products as freebies : Raspberry Roots Extract Sleeping Pack, Tea Tree Toner and Lotion Sampler,and Two Facial Mask:Aloe and Pomegranate 

   

   I have been using the SMIM Radiating Moisture Essence for 3 days and so far I was doing good. It kept my skin moisturized and soft. This is specially when I wake up in the morning after applying this at night. Its one of the bestseller of Face Shop and they have two other variants to choose from depending on your need: 

      

      SMIM Pore Finish Essence that tightens and fills in the pores. It has Tibetan Mushroom (fermented milk particles) extract and Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar that helps tighten widened pores and cares for skin making it soft and smooth as a baby's; and

5. Moisturizer: Ponds Pinkish White Beauty Day Cream

Seize the day!

Yesterday, i attended the fishtival event with my executive director in MSU general santos.

Watching the students just have fun on the that day, a celebration primarily aims to unite students, faculty and staff, university officials, government agencies and private sectors and strengthen relations between and among major stakeholders of te college.

One of the inspirational message deliveref was focused on the saying "whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Because boldness has genius, power, and magic in it."

When i saw the kids just having fun.. made me remember how i was back in college. Because of moving often from one place to another, I got behind and saw my other highschool classmates getting near to graduating. This became a motivation for me to finish college as soon as possible since I already am behind and had a year wasted as my subjects are not credited. I became so engrossed with college..trying to graduate. Afraid to be bold.. and just stayed on the safe side. Read, study, attend class.. read, study, and attend class..

Be bold.. as it has genius, power, and magic. That'l be my mantra now!!! Seize the day
